Our leadership is a testament to the impact of SBX Youth and Family Services. Each member of our Board of Directors, as well as our CEOs, are former mentees and brothers and sisters of the organization. They embody the values, growth, and success that SBX strives to cultivate in every youth we serve. Their journey from mentees to leaders is the ultimate example of the transformative power of our programs, and they stand as a beacon of what every young person who enters SBX can achieve.  At the heart of this leadership is our Chief Advisor, a visionary high school teacher whose commitment to youth empowerment laid the foundation for SBX. As a brother distinct, his guidance has shaped the organization from the very beginning. Through their leadership, they continue to pave the way for future generations, ensuring that the mission of SBX lives on.
