​SBX defines community building as a lifelong commitment to each other and to the principles of the organization. At our core, SBX is a Youth Development organization. With this in mind, we believe that "true development" requires a lifelong relationship – a relationship where development is never-ending and continues in a positive feedback loop within a family and community structure.
