Cancellation Policy

The standard fee for SBX Mental Health Coaching is $30 per session. No payment is collected at the time of booking. Eligible participants with IEHP or Molina coverage may have the cost of qualifying sessions billed to their health plan, resulting in a $0 client cost for covered sessions. Insurance coverage is subject to eligibility, authorization, benefit limits, and verification. IEHP currently allows up to 6 covered sessions. Sessions that are not eligible for insurance billing, including sessions beyond applicable coverage limits, may be invoiced to the client at the standard rate of $30 per session. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that the $0 amount shown during online booking represents $0 due at the time of booking and does not necessarily mean the session is free. The client agrees to be responsible for the $30 session fee if the service is not covered by IEHP or Molina.
